Roman began practicing yoga more than a decade ago in NYC.
After doing his 200-hour Hatha teacher training in Costa Rica, he has taught in Costa Rica, New York City, Mexico, and Fredericton. While physically demanding, Roman's classes are centered around lightness, gratitude, joy, and not taking ourselves too seriously. Roman believes in a safe, sustainable, and fun approach that focuses on alignment, breath, and present moment awareness. Roman enjoys walks on the beach, petting dogs that don't belong to him, and writing about himself in the third person.

Nadine is passionate about exploring life and being curious of everything it has to offer. She discovered yoga over 10 years ago, and started practicing consistently as it became deeply healing and grounding during a difficult time. She decided to deepen her practice further, therefore diving into her first Yoga Teacher training at Halifax Yoga with Sherry Zak in September 2012. Finishing with a 200 hour Power Vinyasa certificate, she had found a calling! With further teachings in Trauma Sensitive Yoga at Kripalu and Yin with Stephanie Calhoun in 2014, and most recently Pre/Post natal. Hungry for knowledge, her learning will never cease. Nadine learns from her students everyday. To guide and empower people to step into their own power is a privilege. Nadine is known for her authentic and non-judgemental teaching style and it comes straight from her heart. Everybody can do yoga. Her vision is to create a commUNITY where everyone feels safe and supported in their practice. Come explore and have fun!!

Katie wants to share her passion for yoga, fitness and well-being, by making it accessible and approachable for everyone. Her fitness career began in Australia where she had her own personal training business, following an in-depth program at a fitness college. Katie began practising yoga herself in 2014 and knew immediately that she wanted to be able to teach and share it with others. She completed her life-changing 200hr Vinyasa Flow Teacher Training in Bali in 2015, then continued to practise, learn and teach with fellow yogis from around the world. Katie has now returned from her travels and is thrilled to be teaching in her home town.
Stefanie is originally from PEI, where she first started attending classes at Dynamic Fitness in 2011. It wasn't long before she fell in love with Dynamic’s signature service; Hot Athletica. Stefanie loves the upbeat tempo and energy of the class and to her this class is the perfect mix of exercise and fun. She always had a passion for health and fitness and so became a certified personal trainer through Fitness New Brunswick. Stefanie is also a certified Hot Athletica instructor and loves leading class... Staying active & healthy is important to her & her family!
Christina began her yoga practice 3 years ago in Ontario. Years of struggling with knee and shoulder injuries she was looking for alternative therapies.
After one class she felt amazing and knew she had found a cure. She moved to Fredericton in 2014 and found Dynamic as a comforting place to continue her practice. This is where she discovered Yin, her first class was was out of the ordinary (in the best way!) and she needed more. That's when she found local teacher training and immediately signed up for her 300 hr intensive program. She is extremely happy with her decision to do so and to share her love for Yin. Learning so much along with self discovery, her practice will be forever changed and she is excited for the opportunity to share what she has learned. She plans to keep training in the future and to never stop learning in the world of yoga.
Years into her personal practice of Ashtanga Yoga, Barbara creates ever-evolving experiences for herself and the community around her. Her relaxed teaching style draws from her Bachelor’s in Science in Kinesiology and over 500Hrs of various yoga trainings. She is intuitive to her student’s needs and her personality delivers simplicity and lightheartedness, creating an accessible and receptive learning environment. After 3 years of entrepreneurship as a yoga teacher and kinesiologist in Ottawa, Ontario and is delighted to continue to share her practice and teachings in Fredericton.

Health and Wellness has been a passion and the core foundation for most of Brittany’s life goals and choices. Her love of learning about the human body gave her two bachelor of science degrees and a career as a registered nurse. She always thought there was something else out there though that would allow her to combine her skills, education and desire to reach people on a life-changing level. Then came Yoga.
Brittany started practicing yoga daily over 6 years ago. What started as a social event became a way for her to find her breath and take some time out of her day to work through stress, anxiety and uncertainty. As an added bonus she began to notice physical changes within her own body. She became a new mom in July 2016 and needed yoga more than anything to get through all the challenges post partum brings for both the mind and body. The time off with her daughter gave her the opportunity to complete a combined 200 hr Vinyasa and Yoga in Schools YTT through Breathing Space in August 2017. From here she hopes to continue to expand her knowledge and deepen her practice.
Brittany is excited and ready to share breath, knowledge, love, light and passion with the dynamic community.
